so i've always been a cat lover. i grew up with cats. dozens of them. literally. there is a photo of me when i was like four years old on christmas morning pushing a pink buggy filled with kittens. gifts from santa - who also happened to love cats (see
celebrity cat posting and who is in the photo with him.) while out here in the district, i did have a cat named smokey. who was very very sexy. see pic below.
but unfortunately smokey and i had a parting of ways (due to some issues with using the entire house as his litter box) and we had to find him a new home.
but now i'm thinking i want a dog. and not just any dog. but this dog.

I'm a dog lover as well as a cat lover and while this dog is adorable-he's not exactly low mantainence. Sharpais (sp) have lots of skin problems due to the bristley nature of their coat. Just something to think about before you invest. A mutt rescued from the shelter is still about the best dog around. And I'll bet you can find one just as cute. Have fun house breaking!
MELISSA! I love having Charlie. I consider getting him one of the best choices I have ever made. I can tell from the pic this is a bulldog. I looked at getting a bulldog before I decided to get Charlie. If you are going to get one. I say don't get a puppy. Puppy stage is great but so much work and if you aren't going to be home with him/her during the day it may be hard to potty train. Charlie was 3 when I got him and we still had some accidents. He is crate trained and loves it. He stays in there while I go to work and goes in there when he wants a safe place. Otherwise he is following me, playing with me and being my best buddy. One day I came home from work and was upset about something. I let Charlie out of his crate and started crying. I sat on the floor in front of him and he started licking the tears off my face!! He is the absolute best. Get him! Get yourself a doggy! (Did I just say doggy? HA!)
