movies are boobies.....

so i've been in DC for a week for a seminar on how to be more successful on winning PEPFAR projects through USAID and CDC. i'm out here with a few colleagues from the company and we are all getting a kick out of teacher, who talks as fast as an auctioneer and the longer he talks, the more prone he is to drop his consonants.

for example, he was telling my coworker that she had a "friendly" face, but i swear he was really saying"funny" face. but she insisted it wasn't the case. hmmm....

he also talked about flying all the time and all the "movies" he saw on the plane, but movies came out "boobies."

it was pretty hilarious. even though the two day seminar was very long and it reminded me why i haven't got back to school to pursue the MBA. i just don't think i'm cut out to sit at a desk listening to lectures for large periods of time. my mind starts wandering and i start making to-do lists in my head or writing down budgets or worse......designing house plans, which is a past time of mine from childhood when i was bored at church.
